Sold out

Mysterious Ukrainian musician Carpetman is coming to Prague for the first time. After a charming performance at the Colours of Ostrava 2025 festival, he will be coming to Prague's Futurum Music Bar on 22 November 2025 as part of his solo tour. Tickets for 490 CZK are on sale from Monday 11 August 2025 11:00 in the GoOut network and on the Futurum Music Bar website.

Ukraine has produced another significant figure of the world alternative scene. Carpetman, an anonymous musician with a face hidden behind a mask with a traditional carpet motif, has captivated music critics not only with his distinctive appearance, but above all with his emotive music at the border of electronica, soul, blues and alternative pop. Despite his growing popularity, however, he strictly protects his anonymity and stresses that his project is not about fame, but about emotion and message. His sound is reminiscent of artists like Two Feet, Ludovico Einaudi, Elderbrook and Kaleo, but with a unique personal imprint that playfully treats melancholy, spirituality and personal struggles.

Carpetman's discography reflects both creative development and strong social and personal themes. One of his best-known singles is Endless Fight, which even made it to the Ukrainian national round of the Eurovision Song Contest in 2024. However, his other songs - Struggling By Myself, My Honey, Feel So Cold, Alleys of My Mind and the current track Call Me Insane - are not left behind and have reached millions on streaming platforms. He has performed at SXSW in Texas, at the Colours of Ostrava 2025 festival, where he was among others a guest during the performance of Eurovision winners Kalush Orchestra, and at the showcase festival The Great Escape.

His concerts are visually expressive, vocally powerful and full of movement that often borders on performance art. "In a time of war and digital chaos, I want to be the voice of those who are lost between the lines," he said in one of the few interviews he has given. After a successful tour with Hippie Sabotage, the enigmatic Carpetman is now working on new songs and his first full-length EP. Don't miss the concert of one of the most prominent new voices of the Eastern European alternative scene.
